Back to school, Back to work, Back to real life – With so much reality around us, IWCoK went Bulgarian! March is Carnival month for many. For some Masopust in Trebotov may do the trick, but for others nothing else will substitute for Carnival in Venice – the grandaddy of all European costume events. For this part of the world. we will be going back to “Our” specialist – Vinicola. They are the major mover for this region, and have put together a nice mix of Chilean and Argentinian wines that run the road from fresh to rich to satisfy everybody.… more
