Honestly, this is one of the wineries that brought IWCoK into the wine club business ! Old friends and top quality. If your in to Chianti like I am, or just a Sangiovese fan, this all natural wine maker will not disappoint.
Château Sainte Barbe

I love these medium bodied Merlot from Bordeaux. Full of flavour and character yet not over powering in the month, a good mix of tannin, acidity and fruit that will go great with cooked red meats or even a goulash.
Castillo de San Lorenzo

A young Tempranillo from Rioja. Full of fruit and tannin, yet a bit rough around the edges ;-). Best after left to breath for at least one hour, and served with a bacon cheeseburger ! It worked for me.
Bianco Grecanico Chardonnay

Now this is ready for palate of fried fish or a big bag of salty chips, the sofa and a night of Netflix. Medium bodied and a great reputation for value for money. Hits of peach and melon, this is an ideal wine for fish on the grill, or a baked salmon.
Castillo de Landa

Spain does chardonnay too, and although worth a try, this is an everyday wine best served by the glass. Higher acidity than you may be used to, look for foods to balance this with, like a white cream pasta sauce or fruit and ham.
Levro
Mike's Tip
Something you don't see every day, a chardonnay from the south of Italy. The climate makes this wine light an a little shallow, but it works great during the week with its screw top when you want just a glass and not the whole bottle. Pair with light, salty food. Fish and chips is perfect.
La Cour des Dames
Mike's Tip
A medium bodied chardonnay from the south of France. Look for a light citrus tone with a touch of butter and peach. Ideally suited for linguini with clams or other seafood pasta dishes.
