This month we took a little bit of International inspiration from Holisovcice, or better to say our old friends Aperittivo v Holeškách. Putting a list of award wining wines is always easy with them, so why not a summer treat !
Our white wines touch base with no fewer than eight varieties across two varietals and three cuvees. Our Sauvignons play a bit part this month, so be ready for crisp lite wines that will keep you fresh on your feet.
Our reds are a much a tribute to Spain this round, paying tribute to both famous and lesser known regions. These are full bodied powerful wines that will go perfect with that BBQ you are planning next weekend. Gig in every way, so your steak or roast will have the perfect companion.
