This month we are bringing our members something you have never had before – Singing Wines !. What better than a relaxing drink and a cool tune to sip to!
Our long time supplier and friend at Fanda Group decided to combine two of his passions together, so a wrote a few songs (about wine), paired them up with a bottle and recorded them for all. Just scan the bottle and you have a personal concert in your glass :-)
What goes best with music ? This month it is all about Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Tempranillo and Shiraz (that’s Australian for Syrah). We focused primarily on New World wines this month, so if it is a buttery Californian white full of oak, or a musty South American red, you will have a great companion in a song right by your side.

"5 glasses needed" is the perfect instruction for this wine of intense tropical fruit and flowers. Ful and good acidic balance, with a little butter on the side.

Somebody said Classic California and here you have it. Typical flavors of banana a lots of vanilla from the 6 months of aging in oak barrels. Truely typical for the region.

This Prague Wine Trophey gold medal winner is dark and mysterious. A wine of intense color and jammy fruit flavor. Look for plums and cherries all wrapped up in a vanilla toast.

An exception for all to taste first. Sounds like a great idea to me. This blend of Tempranillo, Monastrell, Grenache, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Syrah has and elegat robe that will do well with any meat dish on the table.

Mike's Tip
A gold medal winning blend of Syrah and Marselan from the south of France. A bit spicey, but very fruity, this was a blend made for a steak or a burget and not the be tested with chicken or shrimp. Go big and be bold !
