And Away We Go
Friends, thank you all for your patience and support into our 15th year of IWCoK. With an “eventful” finish to 2025 (our web site crashed and everyone got sick) we have re-grouped and are finally getting our newsletters out again. Thank you for sticking around !
So to start us out in 2026, we brought a selection of organic wines from across the world, that should allow everyone an easy start to the new year. Our whites are a mix of Sauvignons and blends from France, Spain and Italy with each bringing their reginal flair. Expect fresh, crisp citrus flavor that will be a perfect match to any fish you are planning to put on the table. Our Reds come in from the same regions with a surprise entry from South Africa. These bring a host of red fruits to the party and will be enjoyed with anything from burgers to your Sunday best.
Relax ! Even after 15 years IWCoK is not going anywhere (but we do have some changes planned 😉) . Thanks again for sticking with us through the thick and thin and stay tuned for more exploring this year !

Fresh in color and taste. The gold tones blend on a base of sauvignon blanc has light pear and peach give a light acidity great for fish, and a medium long finish.

Pleasant acidity, fine tannins and a medium finish. This blend of Syrah, Grenache, Merlot, and Mourvedre has an intense taste of ripe blackberries, spicy, soft, smooth and really good!

Expecting a Tempranillo, this blend of Garnacha, Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, and Tempranillo isn't hugely exciting but doesn’t disappoint. Full and fruity and time to drink!
