Three Steps is exactly what makes "It" so special. This blend of Sangiovese, Negroamaro, and Malvasia Nera, the grapes are first left on the vine to dry, then a cold tank process refines the sugar and deep purple color, and finally left to age in oak to further relax the body. Big and relaxing in every sense.

Lovely balance of Primitivo and Nero di Troia giving a "sophisticated" blend of body and tannin. Sweet berries make this a great wine to pair with pizza or spicy salami or pasta dishes. This wine can hold its place with strong food pairings, so get creative.

A best seller, this Primitivo comes with all the juicy, red fruit one would expect. Chocolate, a bit of oak and blueberry jam are the dominant flavors in a wine that needs time to open up. Decant or open it before your drive to work ;-)

"I taste, therefore I am". I loved the concept and humor from this Alsatian producer so much, it was a must have. This blend of Auxerrois, Riesling, Pinot Blanc is said to pair perfectly with Poke bowls, mango tatin, ceviche, and peanut-coriander salads. Go for it.
