Mike's Tip
Strong on the nose, easy on the pallet. This blend of two lesser known grapes (Callet a Fogoneu) has a light, raspberry flavor. Definitely a white meat wine, or salami and ham on the balcony. I suggest popping it in the fridge for a few minutes and serving it slightly cooler than what you are normally used to.
