I was looking for something a bit lighter for the hot summer months and found this blend of Pinot Noir, Trousseau, and Poulsard. And where better to look than around Beaune in the heart of Burgundy ! The attack is fresh, with a balanced finish. Best served slightly chilled and with smoked meats or cheese. But bring the smoke !
