This single vineyard wine is grown on steep slopes filled with thistles which protect the bees and butterflies from predators. In return, they add a subtle touch of elegance to what is a serious and complex Veltliner.

Indeed, A pinot grigio with a little extra color. Left with the skins a little longer than when making white wine, this is a fresh, citrusy wine that is a little tartness compared to its lighter brother.

Glera in the Vento region dates back to the Romans - and so does Prosecco. You probably don't know that this Glera based wine was originally done in a "Tranquillo" style, that changed over time to get bubblier. Enjoy it's acidity and creamy texture.

Italian Pinot Grigio's are indeed everywhere, but it was this wines unique bottling that caught my eye. Enjoy the wine, re-fill the bottle and stay hydrated all winter. What you re-fill it with is up to you.
