Mike's Tip

Don't let the screw top on these wines fool you into thinking that you must drink them ASAP. The screw top just slows down the aging process. This Cabernet was made from a slow fermentation process and oak aged to give it a very even and round flavor. Fruity tannins and a very dry finish. If you find a scent of coffee, you're not crazy!
