Mike's Tip
Some of you may remember a red wine from La Bestia 2 years ago. It was one of our 2017 hits. They now introduce their first white from the same Tuscan hills. A mix of Trebbiano, Malvasia, Chardonnay, and Moscato produces a lovely mix of peaches, apples and raisins. A bit oily with a long finish. Enjoy it with risotto or salmon.
