Mike's Tip
We went back to "La Belle Epoque" with Romanian wine with this one. Sarba is typically a very aromatic wine, meaning it has a very big nose :-) and this time it is less fruity but herbal. Low in alcohol and a little bit higher sugar count means this is a semi dry wine that will go well with most foods. Serve cold, drink young and enjoy something you HAVE NEVER had before!
