Mike's Tip
Of all the wineries in Melnik (yes Melnik grown in Melnik… ), the most celebrated is Villa Melnik. Wine making in the town started in the 1300's and has collected many fans for it's local variety including Winston Churchill. Located in the south west near Macedonia, the area produced very distinct flavors (and this is a gem!).
