For those not familiar with Cabernet Franc, this is a juicy red fruit variety that balances tannins and fruit exquisitely. And (in my opinion) the countries of Central Europe provide the best terroir for the wine. You are in for a treat !

Some will argue that the best Chardonnay in the world comes from Burgundy in France - I have to agree. The terroir of the region gives it that special delicacy and minerality that separates it from all others. Another fantastic Chablis for a special occasion.

Another great Veltliner from Austria. A mix of lime, apple and pineapple that is fresh on the pallet and a bit spicy on the finish. Great with pork, fish, and hard cheeses.
