{"id":1746,"date":"2013-07-27T22:22:24","date_gmt":"2013-07-27T21:22:24","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.iwcok.cz\/?p=1746"},"modified":"2015-02-11T22:39:48","modified_gmt":"2015-02-11T21:39:48","slug":"top-drop-july-2013","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.iwcok.cz\/en\/top-drop-july-2013\/","title":{"rendered":"TOP Drop July 2013"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>It is always the fun part trying out something new and this month is a cuvee that I had <a href=\"http:\/\/old.iwcok.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Sarica-Rosso.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-medium wp-image-1857\" title=\"Sarica Rosso\" src=\"http:\/\/old.iwcok.cz\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/Sarica-Rosso-151x300.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"151\" height=\"300\" \/><\/a>never tried before.<\/p>\n<p>This months Top Drop Is Sarica Rosa from the venetian winery Pisoni (the same people that did half our Alp box this month. What makes this wine special is that it is the first time I have ever had a <strong>Pinot Noir \/ Syrah<\/strong> mix. I didn\u2019t dare put their 100% Pinot Noir (which is by the way also excellent) in our box knowing about how \u201cfunny\u201d you all can be about this variety, but this mix was much rounder and so smooth that I didn\u2019t want you to miss it.
