But, depending on exactly how and where in the region it hails, you will find very different tastes.<\/p>\n<p>Typically, as this is not a really warm region, these wines are very dry and have a bit more acidic, mineral taste. But\u2026 you can also find wines that are much rounder, and softened with a bit more oak. This is exactly what the Pommier Chablis is all about.
