Sauvignon Blanc from the Marlborough valley in New Zealand is considered the top of the top for this grape. Fruity, crisp and a lovely grassy tail, this is a great wine to serve as an aperitif, or with fish and salad. Interesting that almost all the wines from this part of the world come with a screw top. Drink it young and fresh.
