months box. Unlike Sauvignon Blanc that can have a very heavy mineral base and high acidity, this variety is much softer making for an easier drink. Not sweet, but nice subtle floral tones and found only in this region! This variety can only be found in This is not a bold wine, so don't match it with any strong cheese or fish.
