Mike's Tip
If you are looking for a classic red, super full in the mouth and oozing with those jam flavors we find so readily in Portugal, this is it. Plums and dried fruit aged in oak to reveal a medium to full bodied wine with medium acidity. Pair with a big steak off the BBQ for best results. Drink it on the sofa with chips and cheese for 2nd best results. Both options worked for me.
