If you ever wanted to try a wine with the distinct flavor of leather and smoke, look no further. Marselan is a relatively new variety of grape, made from mixing Cabernet Sauvignon with Grenache. Of course there is the red fruity sweetness and tannin that we have come to expect from the region, but the leather and smoke tones can not be missed. This is truly one of Brazil's high end wines for many years.
