Sardinia in Prague

In October we tried to transfer you back for one more day of holiday. And although there was a last moment change of venue, restaurant Ichnusa Botega Bistro welcomed us into their  home. This small Sardinian restaurant impressed us with its amazing family summer atmosphere and great food and fabulous wines.

We tasted a number of wines from the Murales winery. Wines were presented by the winemaker himself and also one of Italy’s best Sommeliers, Mr. Piero Canopoli.

Food was a surprise menu, prepared in collaboration with Piero himself.
